Concept Art Ideas

 For this one i was imagining this is the center of a powerful empire where the emporer has recently died, and his only heir is his young daughter.   She must somehow keep the empire united despite pressures from outside the empire as well as those inside..  Power hungry officials repeatedly challenge her authority because they see her as young and naieve..  Warlords on the outskirts also seek to undermine her country and support rebellions against her...   She is a lonely ruler whose only confidant is found in her best friend, and dog, Sibuna.
 Sibuna has guarded her since she was a baby, even fighting off assassins that had come for her one night. She remembers clearly what happened despite being only a child at the time.   After killing her mother, they had come after her, but Sibuna had caught them off guard.  She killed one of the assassins with a bite to the neck and left the other maimed badly..

An imagining of an undersea exploration with a pretty BIG surprise around the corner..

And this last one was basically a really quick idea.    usually dragons are very large but i thought, what if there was a dragon that was small and pollinated flowers like a bumble bee...

Character, Sidekick and Vehicle

 This group of bandits was brought together by Kristal's father. He died on a botched mission 2 years ago. She's the youngest of the group, but she's a prodigy at flying ships.  She's basically the glue that keeps the group together in her father's absence.

"Gear" is the mechanic. He got his nickname because no on really knows his real name. He can fix anything and knows his way around every ship in the system.  He doesn't speak, and no one really knows why but he's good at what he does, so why ask about his motivation?  And he's the best one to keep a secret.

Kristal looks up to Gear and when she's not piloting the ship, she's sometimes found helping Gear out with repairs or fabricating new pieces.
